Six years as a civil litigator at a public interest firm in Sacramento and as an associate and principal at a civil litigation firm in Los Angeles, California. Twenty years as an associate and shareholder at a civil litigation firm in Tacoma, Washington. Solo practitioner in Tacoma since 2010.

For more than forty years, I have represented plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of civil cases in state and federal court and have successfully litigated cases in Washington from trial to state supreme court levels including complex seven-figure and multi-party cases.  In addition to jury trials, I have handled over one hundred fifty court, commercial and consumer arbitrations and many administrative hearings and appeals conducted under the state administrative procedures act.

I have successfully litigated and settled complex seven figure and multi-party cases.  But I also help people resolve smaller everyday legal problems on regular basis.
